Our Team are looking for a Sales Account Representative who is professional, enthusiastic, and demonstrates a strong work ethic. The role will be predominantly based in Western Sydney. In your new role with us, you will: Generate and convert new leads. Maintain and expand positive working relationships with assigned customers to build customer loyalty. Identify and follow up all new business, product and/or project opportunities within the existing customer base. Proactively promote our product and service range within your allocated territory to maximise sales opportunities. Maintain an accurate and up-to-date customer database. Maintain an understanding of market changes, trends, opportunities, risks and competitive activity within your allocated territory. This role is a great fit for you if you: Have well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport. Possess a high proficiency in Word, Excel, and other Sales software is an advantage. Able to put together effective solutions that add value for your customers Are a team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Understand the importance of how to effectively communicate and build relationships with relevant stakeholders within the Concrete business.
