About the Role
This position requires a true all-rounder who is capable of both design and documentation of a project. Technical leader role (hands- on leader), must have fantastic people/leadership and mentoring skills. You will be a technically focused Architect and be highly experienced in delivery complex large projects ($200M – $500M) as well as mid-size projects ($50- $200M). You will be highly experienced in D&C client/contractor management and a confident presenter who can step into interviews during bids.
About You
As the successful candidate you will have past experience working with a collaborative, creative and resourceful team. You have specialised experience in the design and construction of architectural projects.
You will be able to demonstrate:
* 18+ years experience post graduate experience
* Hold a Masters Degree in Architecture
* Hold a QLD Arch registration
* Technical focus
* Diverse project background
* Capable of undertaking document reviews and guidance for various projects.
* Strong Revit skills (Dynamo experience advantageous)
* Rhino skills (including Grasshopper) highly regarded
* Solid knowledge of the full Adobe suite
* Enscape skills and additional rendering software programs e.g. Vray
* Demonstrate sound skills in overarching concept design to design development
* Demonstrate technical knowledge of project delivery requirements
* Excellent documentation skills
* Local BCA standards and regulation knowledge essential
* Ability to mentor project leaders
