Apply today and experience working in a thriving environment with a growth culture, and competitive pay!Responsibilities:Draft, review, and manage contracts to ensure compliance with legal regulations, company policies, and industry standards, including workplace health and safety and transport requirements.Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to enhance service quality while minimizing risks and costs.Monitor contract performance to ensure all parties meet obligations, including deadlines, quality standards, and service benchmarks.Act as the primary point of contact for contract-related matters, addressing issues and resolving disputes in a timely and professional manner.Maintain accurate and well-organized records of contracts, agreements, and supporting documentation for audits and operational transparency.Work closely with internal teams to align contracts with business needs, service capabilities, and client expectations.Provide training and guidance to staff on contract terms, obligations, and compliance to ensure clear understanding and adherence.Develop and implement tracking systems for contract milestones, deadlines, and renewals to prevent lapses and ensure ongoing compliance.Qualifications/Attributes:Must hold a Diploma or higher degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field, or 3 years of relevant experience in lieu of qualification.Must have at least 1 year of experience.Ability to review contracts thoroughly and identify potential risks or discrepancies.Proven ability to secure favorable terms while maintaining positive relationships.Skilled in assessing contract terms, identifying risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.Capable of resolving contract-related disputes efficiently and professionally.Ability to convey complex contract terms clearly to internal teams, clients, and suppliers.Adept at handling multiple contracts and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in maintaining detailed records and tracking contract progress.Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 p.a. excluding superannuation.
