The Role You will be responsible for : Drive the sales pipeline with a focus on acquiring new clients, including prospecting, generating new leads, qualifying opportunities and managing them through the entire sales cycle to closure. Proactively build and expand our brand presence at industry conferences, networking events and webinars. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, particularly at C-level and D-level, within software companies and/or BFSI organizations. Effectively communicate the value proposition of our software development and testing services to new prospects. Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and drive the proposals alongside the offshore delivery team to meet client needs. Ability to execute “land and expand” sale approach to gain more wallet share in designated strategic accounts. Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular updates on pipeline progress and performance metrics. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities Ideal Profile Have at least 3 proven sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment. A strong sales hunter - Confident in identifying and winning new business, with a track record of success in B2B sales. Demonstrated success in hunting and consistently securing at least US$2M in new engagements annually, maintaining this performance over multiple years or consecutive quarters, excluding renewals. Strong experience in shaping and selling software development service or testing services industry Extensive network within the Australian tech ecosystem, with direct access to influential decision-makers in software and BFSI industries, especially at senior executive levels Deep understanding of the Australian market and culture, with 3 years of experience building and maintaining relationships with local clients and stakeholders. Able to work independently, manage their own pipeline, and drive results without constant direction. Experience collaboration with the offshore software development centers in Vietnam or India Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
