Dana Australia supplies driveline components for the Commercial Vehicle, Light Vehicle and the Off-Highway market. With growth within the business the company has an exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor (Part Time) to join the team.
The Role
Reporting into the Head of HR Operations your responsibilities include:
1. Support end to end recruitment process.
2. Facilitate the annual performance assessment process including training key personnel.
3. Provide advice to managers on employee and industrial relations matters.
4. Develop, implementation and monitoring of HR policies and procedures.
5. Contribute to the development and maintenance of Dana ‘s HRIS and other information systems that relate to Human Resources.
6. Manage the system administration for our recruitment, onboarding, performance, e-learning and off-boarding platforms.
7. Coordinate reward and recognition programs and initiatives.
8. Manage and coordinate Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion programs across the region.
The successful candidate
The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:
9. HR certification or relevant degree advantageous.
10. Demonstrated HR experience.
11. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
12. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
13. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
14. Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.
