Full Time – Position
A full-time Personal Assistant position has become available in our South Queensland Administration and Resourcing Centre, Brisbane, Spring Hill. This is a dynamic role working in the Human Resources and ATSIM Department.
What we are looking for:
* Demonstrated ability to organise, prioritise and see tasks through to completion
* A high level of written and oral communication skills
* Demonstrated attention to detail and maintaining confidentiality
* Flexible mindset to switch tasks as priorities change
* A ‘can do’ attitude and genuine desire to be part of a supportive, friendly team
* Proficient user of Microsoft Office suites and practical experience with technology and software associated with expense processing and general administrative functions
* Demonstrated ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
