We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team full-time in a hybrid role based in Gosford, NSW. This is a unique opportunity for a designer with a strong graphic design background to step into a broader, more dynamic role that spans across both graphic and apparel design.
You’ll work closely with our Creative Director, taking ownership of the entire design process—from trend research and concept development to graphic creation and range building. Your designs will shape the look and feel of our unisex street/sport collections and elevate the visual identity of the brand across all touchpoints.
The Role: As our Graphic Designer, you’ll work closely with the Creative Director and take ownership of the entire design process. You’ll be responsible for bringing fresh ideas to life across both our unisex street and sport ranges.
* Designing original graphics, prints, logos, and artwork for apparel and accessories
* Creating seasonal mood boards, color palettes, and design concepts
* Building cohesive bi-monthly and seasonal ranges that reflect the brand’s direction
* Developing detailed tech packs including print, label, fabric, and trim specs
* Conducting trend and competitor research to inform design direction
* Maintaining visual consistency across product and marketing assets
* Managing critical design timelines and meeting key dates in the production calendar
Qualifications: We’re looking for someone who thrives on creativity, is confident in their ideas, and has a strong sense of style.
The ideal candidate will have:
* 3+ years experience in graphic design (Streetwear & Activewear experience is a big plus)
* A portfolio that showcases strong graphic work and apparel-related design
* Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
* A sharp eye for detail, color, layout, and typography
* Passion for fashion, streetwear, and bold visual storytelling
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
* Great time management and organisational skills
