About the Role As the Clayton Branch Manager, you will drive operational excellence across all aspects of service and parts while cultivating a positive and dynamic workplace culture. In this demanding hands-on role, you will be responsible for leading a diverse team of over 150 experienced professionals in our largest branch. You will lead, inspire, and coach your branch management team to achieve both operational success and exceptional customer satisfaction. Your Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the team, fostering a culture of success and high performance across all areas of the branch Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring growth and achievement of business goals Actively promote and manage a robust safety culture, with an emphasis on contamination control Maintain financial accountability for the branch, including budget management and cost control Manage the entire Clayton facility, including our Head Office, ensuring operations align with company goals About You You are an experienced leader in Operations within the heavy machinery industry who excels in fast-paced environments, overcoming challenges to deliver exceptional results. Along with your strong problem-solving, conflict management, and commercial skills, you have a deep understanding of what it takes to achieve sustainable growth. Your Ideal Skills and Attributes Proven track record in improving operational efficiencies and delivering profitable results Experience in developing long-term internal and external relationships at all levels Strong project, people, administrative, and commercial management skills Mechanical knowledge and understanding of Cat products and services (highly regarded) A deep commitment to health, safety, and environmental practices Why Work With Us?
