We are looking for an experienced and professional Senior Payroll Officer who will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth payroll operations and compliance with regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage and process payroll accurately and on time Collaborate with the Payroll Manager and team to streamline payroll processes and ensure compliance with Awards/Agreements and relevant legislation. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity, demonstrating empathy and respect in client services and team interactions. Contribute to the ongoing training and development of payroll staff, supporting a culture of continuous improvement and compliance. Ensure that all payroll-related documentation is up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with company policies and industry standards. Key Requirements: Strong experience in payroll operations, ideally with knowledge of Clerical Employees Award Level 4. High-level communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a team environment. Excellent organisational and analytical skills, with the capacity to manage workloads under strict deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and experience with payroll systems such as Preceda. Current Police Screening Certificate and up-to-date vaccinations as per company policy.
