Role Description/Criteria
St Anthony's is seeking an experienced and highly competent administration assistant to support our wellbeing team.
The successful applicant must have:
* Extensive Administrative Experience: Proven track record in relevant administrative roles, showcasing your ability to manage a variety of tasks efficiently.
* Communication Skills: Outstanding oral and written communication skills as well as strong inter-personal skills including the ability to work effectively with children and young people, parents/carers and teachers as well as professionals in the education and health systems to interact effectively with staff, students, parents and visitors.
* Strong Organisational Skills: Exceptional time management abilities to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
* Attention To Detail: Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for accuracy and detail.
* Team Collaboration: Experience working collaboratively in a team environment, demonstrating your ability to contribute positively to group efforts.
* Educational Experience: Background in an educational setting is highly regarded but not mandatory.
* Professional Practice: Demonstrated capacity to reflect critically upon their own professional practice and apply the knowledge, skills and expertise derived from ongoing professional learning.
* Catholic ethos: Understand and support the Catholic ethos and vision of the School.
* Child Safety: Be familiar and comply with all requirements of Child Safety, policies and legal responsibilities concerning the safety, care and wellbeing of all students.
* Confidentiality is a must.
* The successful applicant will need to demonstrate a commitment to building positive relationships with students, staff and parents.
* Be empathetic to individuals that are neuro and culturally diverse and considers the inherent dignity of every person.
* Experience with NCCD preferable.

1. Working With Children Check
2. Current National Police Check (the successful applicant will be required to provide this prior to commencing employment at St Anthony's
3. Current First Aid qualifications
