Searching for our next Helpdesk Technician to come and join a Microsoft Lighthouse School as a key member of the Information and Communications Technologies team. The role is responsible for responding to daily helpdesk queries in an effective manner and supporting the School community in building their capacity to leverage contemporary technologies. The role will liaise collaboratively with students, staff, parents and guardians in relation to both specific School digital platforms and general technical support enquiries.
