In this key role, you will manage and coordinate all site maintenance activities at agreed budgeted and forecasted costs and ensure it is performed in a safe and efficient manner - maximizing plant availability and utilizing all available resources to the maximum potential.Key Responsibilities:Managing the plant maintenance program to ensure optimum benefit is derived from the assets.Liaising with maintenance suppliers to review their performance against site targets.In conjunction with the Maintenance Planner, reviewing and maintaining Preventative Maintenance Routines (PMRs), task lists, and scheduled maintenance activities.Coordinating and chairing maintenance meetings with key stakeholders to determine action plans for close out of scheduled and rectification maintenance activities.Maintaining equipment inspection sheets, ensuring currency of sheets in use.Completing monthly maintenance forecasts.Contributing to the Annual Budget Plan.Identifying solutions to assist in achievement of site maintenance goals.This leadership position is perfect for someone looking for the next step in their career or looking to apply their existing skills and experience in an important role.About you:Relevant tertiary or trade qualifications are a preference.Strong maintenance management and leadership experience in similar environments or in related sectors (e.g., heavy manufacturing).Credible experience of safety-oriented leadership and ideally a working knowledge of safety management systems, relevant legislation, and regulations.Solid appreciation of Preventive Management and Risk Management strategies and practices related to plant and equipment.Experience in a similar quarry environment would be ideal but is not essential.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplined environment to deliver productivity and cost improvements.Competence in required SAP functions.What can we offer you?We will invest in your growth, providing you with direction, leadership, and recognition.
