In this leadership role, you’ll take charge of managing our accounts payable function, ensuring financial accuracy and operational efficiency to support our growth and success.The Role: Reporting to our Financial Controller, you’ll lead a team responsible for all aspects of accounts payable, including:Oversee the accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate logging of incoming invoices and managing aftercare back charges.Take ownership of supplier and subcontractor onboarding, maintaining strong relationships to ensure smooth operations.Ensure all financial transactions are accurately costed, allocated, and in line with company policies, including processing staff reimbursements and office invoices.Conduct regular credit card and bank reconciliations, assisting with monthly journal uploads, and maintaining accurate supplier bank guarantee reconciliations.Perform in-depth analysis of monthly costs, including labour, to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive efficiencies across the business.Collaborate with the Financial Controller to prepare detailed financial reports and revenue reporting, focusing on client progress claims.Lead high-impact projects and financial analysis, supporting the optimization of DLP costs, recovery of expenses, and identifying cost-saving initiatives across the organization.Ensure financial integrity and compliance by reconciling general ledgers, managing the DLP back charge register, and maintaining adherence to financial standards.Cultivate strong relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, driving collaboration and operational excellence.What You’ll Need: The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with a strong background in accounts payable and financial administration. We’re looking for someone with strong leadership, a keen eye for detail, and a desire to drive continuous improvement.
