Your new role The ideal candidate will showcase a strong work ethic, proven reliability and a strong commitment to safety and will see themselves operating various plant machinery daily, including excavators, graders, dozers, compactors and dump trucks to assist with the safe movement and removal of waste. Duties include but will not be limited to: Operate a range of machinery and equipment, ensuring safety and compliance within industry standards Collaborate with team members to implement effective waste management processes Assist in site operations, including loading, unloading and transporting materials Maintain accurate records and documentation related to operations What you'll need to succeed Candidates will need to have proven experience in operating heavy machinery and a strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices in landfill operations.
