The Role:As the Senior Manager for our Group Risk Advisory and Assurance team, this role will focus on providing expert advice and guidance on risk management and compliance matters, ensuring that AP+'s risk management framework is effective and aligns with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.You will provide review and challenge over our Business Risk (Line 1) team, as well as working closely with the Policy & Compliance Team in Group Risk. Proposed Position Requirements are: Advisory Services Compliance and Control Stakeholder Engagement Continuous Improvement In order to be considered for this role you will have: Minimum of 8 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or advisory roles, with at least 3 years in a senior management position. Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks, methodologies, and industry best practices. Proficiency in risk management software and tools. Proven expertise in providing strategic risk management and compliance advice, with a strong understanding of risk management frameworks and regulatory requirements. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable recommendations. Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in developing and mentoring staff. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in risk management and compliance software, with a solid understanding of data analysis and reporting tools.
