Executive Assistant Role
A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant to join ARRCS on a permanent, full-time basis.
This role reports directly to and supports our organization's Chief Executive Officer, providing high-level support and managing all secretarial services including meeting management, event management, board report consolidation, and travel.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong prior experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant, with exceptional professional manner and understanding of the importance of confidentiality required in this role.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing executive diaries, appointments, travel coordination, and event management
* Working as a liaison and gatekeeper between the executive team and other stakeholders
* Drafting professional documents including external stakeholder communication, board reporting, and government reporting
* Proficiently using office software including Microsoft Office Suite and meeting software including Microsoft Teams
