Its purpose is to build professional capability to improve student achievement by enabling teaching and leadership excellence.The RoleAs a Principal Consultant, you will provide high-level professional and strategic support to develop, implement, and coordinate projects, programs, and initiatives that enhance teaching and learning outcomes. Your expertise will contribute to the design and delivery of system-wide strategies, ensuring the alignment of policy, resources, and services to improve student outcomes. You will conduct research and analysis to inform policy development, prepare briefing materials and reports, and coordinate cross-divisional projects to support the Department of Education’s strategic priorities.In this role, you will engage with senior management, staff, and external stakeholders to build and maintain strong networks across schools, regions, and the wider community. You will provide specialised advice and collaborate across teams to facilitate integrated service delivery, ensuring initiatives are responsive to current and emerging needs.
