Manager - Office of the Chief Risk Officer$128,102 to $134,832 per annum + 11.5% SuperThe Manager (OCRO) will provide specialist advice regarding strategic advice on governance, policy, communications, and performance on matters coordinated by the Office of the Chief Risk Officer.The role coordinates policy, communications, and strategy on behalf of the CRO and facilitates strategy and policy across OCRO. It will provide strategic leadership, direction and support for the coordination and implementation of strategy, performance and communication.The Role:High level project management skills with a proven understanding of, and strong ability to exercise, contemporary office management and general management practices within a complex policy environment to achieve identified outcomes.High level leadership ability with demonstrated experience in, and/or knowledge of, policy, business planning and coordination.High level experience in, and proven ability to, manage human and financial resources and the demonstrated ability to foster a productive and supportive team environment through the application of contemporary management practices, and monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the team and its activities against specific outcomes.Note: - Please refer to the Statement of Duties for all the selection criteria of this position to address in your application.Details of appointment:Permanent, full time, day worker position, working up to 76 hours per fortnight commencing as soon as possible.*notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time, part time, and casual vacancies.Salary: $128,102 to $134,832 per annum.
