About the Role
The Fields Service Engineer is a generalist role that will report to the Director of Digital Health Services & Operations. The Field Services Engineer will work in Maryborough to service and support the Network, Cybersecurity, Systems, Servers and Desktop hardware.

Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and improve server room, comms room and data centre environments.
* Regular check in to campus locations to ensure the smooth operation of equipment and services.
* Provide technical solutions in a professional manner and to agreed timeframe.
* Builds and grows relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and suppliers.
* Ensuring technical processes follow best practice.
* Design and implementation of new hardware and software solutions
* Adhere to ITIL processes, including Change Management, Incident Management, Knowledge Management and at times Major Incident Management.
Skills and experience
* Strong understanding of networking concepts and experience managing large networks
* Office 365 and Azure AD Admin experience
* Experience working with cloud technology.
* Extensive experience in installing software patches and updates.
* Demonstrable PowerShell abilities
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* A current driver’s license.
* Excellent at problem solving, self-starter and working autonomously.

The Grampians Rural Health Alliance (GRHA) provides ICT shared services to Grampians Health and seven (7) other member health services and four (4) Bush Nursing Centres across the Grampians Region. As a shared service provider, GRHA is legally a part of Grampians Health with oversight of GRHA provided by a number of committees, including the GRHA Executive Committee.
