More About the Role at Uber As the APAC & EMEA Marketing team, we currently have a strong base of regional marketeers with in-depth market knowledge, primarily specialising in acquisition. We're looking for a growth-minded and self-driven Regional Marketer to support North Asia driving growth in focus markets like Taiwan, Japan, and Hong Kong. In this role we’re looking for someone to own Regional Demand Generation initiatives, driving new business acquisition for Mid Market and Enterprise customers. You’ll collaborate cross functionally with teams including Sales, Strategic Ops, Account Management, Data, and Design. You’ll be responsible for campaign strategy and end-to-end management of campaigns, partnering with local agencies and internal creative & deployment teams to ensure high standards of campaign execution. You are eager to dive in and learn more about demand generation platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, Demandbase and CRM tools such as Salesforce and Marketo. You are willing to get in the weeds to ensure high quality MQLs are routed to Sales teams appropriately, and are open to providing process recommendations to Marketing Ops & Sales Ops teams to ensure APAC foundations are solid. What you'll do - Leveraging owned, paid, and earned media with the ultimate goal of delivering quality leads to our specialised Sales teams. - Business partner with regional Sales teams, aligning commercial priorities and developing supporting marketing plans to achieve targets. - Define, develop, execute and measure regional campaigns to drive acquisition, awareness and adoption of Uber for Business solutions. - Work cross functionally to develop compelling regional content supporting KPIs. - Proactively research trends and new topics that may be of interest to target personas. Socialise recommendations and gain regional feedback. - Be a brand guardian, evangelising Uber for Business and driving consistency in regional messaging. - A self-starter with the ability to own projects and work independently in a fast paced environment. Basic Qualifications - Fluent in English and either Mandarin Chinese or Japanese (priority will be taken for candidates with >2 languages eg.
