Role Overview
We operate across all jurisdictions in Australia, working with leading insurance and financial institutions. This role is a temporary maternity leave contract for 10 months, with potential to extend based on team needs.
About You
* At least 2 years of experience in HR generalist/recruitment based roles
* Experience in professional services environment preferred
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of the national HR team
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Your Responsibilities
1. Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes including position descriptions, advertising, candidate management, shortlisting, reference checking, selection, and onboarding
2. Assist in employee matter management and organisational risk minimisation
3. Support performance management, disciplinary issues, disputes, and grievances
4. Design, coordinate, and deliver firm-wide training and development frameworks
5. Coordinate diversity and inclusion initiatives
6. Utilise HR systems to manage, record, and report work activities
7. Prepare and deliver corporate communications
