The Opportunity:This role is central to the planning and execution of service delivery schedules for a variety of programs. As the Planner/Scheduler, you will ensure the seamless integration of maintenance and program schedules, delivering high-quality results that align with contract standards and timelines. Working closely with a range of stakeholders, you'll be the go-to for scheduling expertise and program coordination.
Some of your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Develop and maintain program schedules.Continuously update schedules, monitoring progress against key Contract Deliverables and collaborating with various departments to ensure alignment.Oversee schedule-related reporting, risk management, and compliance with contract requirements.Drive improvements and efficiencies in scheduling processes and systems, working in alignment with the Support System Functional Model.Foster strong stakeholder relationships through effective communication, negotiation, and ongoing collaboration.Your Skills & Experience: Proven experience as a Scheduler in commercial manufacturing environments.Expertise in Microsoft Project and experience in managing complex maintenance management systems.Highly skilled in analytical reporting, data presentation, and stakeholder management.Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a high-tempo team.Tertiary qualification in planning/scheduling or at least 5 years' relevant experience.The Offer: A challenging and rewarding role with opportunities to impact regional capacity and efficiency in a high-profile environment.Competitive remuneration package and career growth potential.Work with a supportive team and a company committed to rewarding performance and collaboration.A dynamic workplace that values safety, quality, and innovation.To ensure compliance with Australian employment law, this role is only open to candidates who possess Australian citizenship status.
