Develop detailed project plans and schedules, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation and ensure all activities are planned and coordinated effectively Manage the allocation of resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment Monitor resource usage and adjust plans as necessary to meet project demands.Identify and mitigate risks associated with project planning and execution.Develop and implement risk management plans to address potential issues and ensure project success Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, including project updates, progress reports, and performance metrics Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project planners and schedulers About you ? Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Commerce, Engineering, or equivalent experience.Advanced skills and experience with Primavera P6.Extensive experience managing project planning and scheduling teams.Significant project management services experience, including scope control, Earned Value Management (EVM), project planning and scheduling, estimating, and procurement planning.Familiarity with the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) Project Schedule Management.Strong conceptual, analytical, and decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret social, political, and operational environments.Previous experience in a Defence project or manufacturing environment (desired).Relevant management or leadership qualification.Eligibility This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance to an NV1 level.Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.Whilst ASC will accept all applications for this role, as this role requires an ability to access protected US defence technology, applicants holding nationality of certain foreign countries will not be eligible.To check your eligibility please visit the Australian Government Security Vetting Agency website.Benefits ?
