In this vital role, you'll contribute to the smooth operation of our food and beverage areas by maintaining impeccable cleanliness and supporting buffet and function setups with precision and care.

Key Responsibilities
* Maintain cleanliness across all food and beverage production areas and outlets
* Deliver exceptional customer service
* Handle tasks effectively during busy periods
* Work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
Requirements
* A current Food Safety Certificate or the willingness to obtain one during onboarding
* Knowledge of HACCP and WH&S safety standards
* Basic literacy and numeracy skills
* Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays
* Strong communication skills and cultural awareness to thrive in a multicultural workplace
