Reporting to the Head of HR and working closely with teams across the business, you will play a key role in supporting a broad range of HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, HR compliance, learning and development, and the implementation of HR initiatives.
You will also assist with HR administration, internal event coordination, and maintaining an efficient, well-organised office.

Key Responsibilities include: Recruitment & HR Administration Coordinating the early stages of the recruitment process, including drafting job advertisements, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communications.
Supporting a seamless onboarding experience to ensure new employees are welcomed and set up for success.
Assisting in the creation and maintenance of employee records, including onboarding, compliance checks, and training documentation in our Risk and Compliance system.
Collaborating with hiring managers and business teams to facilitate recruitment and onboarding processes in line with HR policies.
Maintaining HR databases, employee files, and document control systems.
Contributing to ongoing HR projects and initiatives as required.
Office Management & Administrative Support Managing office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships to support a productive workplace.
Coordinating internal events, employee training sessions, and travel arrangements.
Providing general administrative support to the HR team and broader business.
Handling ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.
About you A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in an HR, office administration, or an operations role.
Previous experience in a fintech, startup, or fast-paced environment is highly regarded.
Exposure to HR principles, employment law, or office administration practices.
A fast learner with the ability to work independently, follow procedures, and approach tasks with a compliance mindset.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach.
High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
A proactive, positive team player who is willing to take on a variety of tasks.
Proficiency in the MS Office suite.
Ideal but not essential Technical proficiency, including advanced Excel skills or automation experience.
Interest in or knowledge of the cryptocurrency industry.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (with HR modules) or a related field.
