What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Engaging with customers experiencing financial hardship, providing tailored solutions.
2. Managing customer enquiries with urgency, professionalism, and empathy.
3. Demonstrating resilience and positivity to foster meaningful conversations.
4. Guiding customers back to financial stability, helping them regain confidence in their future.
5. Utilizing negotiation and questioning skills to assess and apply hardship assistance where appropriate.
What You Need to Succeed:
1. Previous customer service or contact centre experience.
2. A proven ability to handle difficult conversations with care and professionalism.
3. High levels of empathy and resilience to support customers during challenging times.
4. A customer-first mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in processing information.
6. Prior collections experience is highly regarded.
