Farrelly Construction Services (FCS) is a family owned company operating in the Heavy Industrial Construction Industry. We specialise in all aspects of Concrete and Civil work, Project Management, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical Installation and Site Maintenance.
The Role
We have an opportunity for a qualified and experienced Inductions Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis in the Rutherford area, to support project delivery on site by ensuring our teams are inducted efficiently and maintain their role compliance for a variety of projects and sites. Ideally you will have experience in inductions for mines and other restricted locations, as well as with a variety of inductions software & packages.
Primarily based in the Rutherford Office, you may occasionally be required to travel to sites depending on requirements. Work is predominantly Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm.

Key Requirements:
* Able to manage the whole inductions process for multiple people across multiple projects
* Understand mines inductions process and compliance
* Understand the variations and differences that each client company and specific sites and projects have
* Understand the complexity of medicals including Order43’s and Section 4’s, their restrictions, the management and reviews required
* Ensuring compliance with client and system expectations as well as internal
* Excellent communication skills to coordinate and liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
* Provide administration support to ensure system compliance and document control
* Comfortable communicating to stakeholders in a variety of ways (phone, email, texts, system prompts)
* Completion and adherence to safe work method statements
* Compliance with FCS safety inspections, interactions
* Team player, must be adaptable and willing to assist other areas of FCS team when required
* Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical including a drug and alcohol test
* Frequent drug and alcohol testing at all sites
* Must follow legislated & Safe Work practices
Key Skills and Experience:
* Sound experience with the Microsoft suite of programs
* Experience using SharePoint
* Ability to adapt quickly to new systems, process and software
* Highly effective and clear communication skills
* Highly effective administration skills
* Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
* High attention to detail
* Strong appreciation of the need for record keeping and consistency
* Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once
* Experience using a variety of systems including Pegasus, Damstra, GWOS, Rapid Global
* Ability to adapt to new systems and programs
