As leader of the data conversion team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing data conversion activities and requirements from legacy systems to Workday. Your primary duties will be: Take a leading role overseeing and managing the data management activities for Workday HCM project Collaborates closely with the system integrator, Global Process, Technical team and IT, to develop and execute detailed project plan for Workday HCM data conversion and historic data archiving for targeted decommission systems Define scope, objectives and deliverables of data management workstream Oversee data conversion efforts, ensuring a consistent program-wide approach to ensure successful data migration from legacy systems to Workday Lead and manage historic data archive activities, execute successful preserving of historic data from legacy systems to enterprise archiving solution for long-term retention Establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure the quality, consistency, and security of archived historic data Implement data retention process, security and access controls to archived data to ensure compliance with data governance policies Collaborate with test manager, environment lead and Integration team and SI to establish data refreshing schedule for Workday test tenants Co-ordinate the data sync and data conversion activities with test manager, environment lead and SIs to ensure Workday test tenants are accurately simulate production You will bring: Experience working as a Workday Data Conversion Lead is mandatory Strong understanding of Workday data structures, including core HCM, recruiting compensation, learning, performance and talent modules Demonstrated proficiency in understanding of business processes and security in Workday Experience with ETL processes, data conversion tools and data integration Demonstrated excellence in analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to details and committed to data accuracy - must have Experienced in agile ways of working Self-motivated and proactive Strong consultative business partnering approach To submit your application, please apply online using the appropriate link below.
