We are currently seeking to recruit an exceptional sales 'people leader' into the role of Regional Sales Manager within our Commercial team.
Based in Brisbane and reporting to the National Sales Manager, Australia you will be the primary leader and influence point for our Business Account Managers (BAM's) to ensure the enterprise value of Provet and Covetrus is presented successfully to existing and potential vet clinic customers.

Your main responsibilities will include – In collaboration with the National Sales Manager, execute and regularly review regional sales plans that are aligned with the national strategic plans & objectives.
Coaching and mentoring the sales team to support increased market share by delivering an integrated value proposition to our veterinary clinic customers.
Continued professional development of the team into a solution sales model, ensuring appropriate training and development plans are in place to engage and motivate.
Coaching BAM's in business review development and support business proposals that lead to new customer capture and retention.
Providing clear sales execution plans for the team with clear targets and measurements of success.
Interpretation of sales data to identify sales opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, supplier insights and customer analysis.
Presentation of sales, revenue, and expense reports and forecasts to the sales leadership team.
Hands on management of a small territory of clinics and key accounts.
Targeting new customer acquisition while minimising sales and customer losses.
About You To be successful you will have; A proven track record (minimum five years) in sales leadership with demonstrated success in driving market share and delivering financial results.
Leadership skills and experience in managing a large sales team with a focus on training and tailoring professional development plans.
Key successes in implementing a consultative solutions selling model within a complex business.
Commercial acumen to work with customers to understand their business and deliver a unique value proposition.
Well-developed interpersonal skills to work with a broad cross section of stakeholders from cross functional internal teams, external customers, as well as your core sales team.
Previous sales experience in the veterinarian or agriculture industry (preferred).
