About The Role

Your New Role
As a Client Services Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of client service and operational excellence. Reporting directly to the Senior Client Services Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Foster strong client relationships through proactive communication and regular site inspections
* Address client feedback and concerns promptly and effectively
* Ensure client needs are met through consistent, high-quality service and timely communication
* Adhere to company and industry standards for health, safety, and environmental practices
* Report and manage workplace incidents and hazards to ensure a safe working environment
* Lead, support, and motivate cleaning staff to achieve and exceed client expectations
* Manage performance, training, and development to enhance team effectiveness
* Handle staff absences and coordinate relief as needed
* Perform various daily cleaning tasks on sites and cover for Cleaners when absent or on leave
* Report client issues and changes to contracts promptly
* Manage administrative tasks including timesheets and accommodation reports
What We Require From You
* Previous experience in a similar role with cleaning/facilities management
* Current National Police clearance (Mandatory)
* Working With Children's check (Mandatory)
* Excellent communication skills
* High customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
* High standard of work, cleanliness, and attention to detail
* Own reliable transport and valid Driver's Licence (Mandatory)
* Able to work autonomously and use initiative
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
* Strong skills in stakeholder management, communication, and time management.
