A high level of presentation is required as you will be the primary position for incoming consumer leads. The role is strongly weighted towards assisting clients within their sales journey from start to finish, offering a personalised solution to their residential vision. This is an all-rounder position as you will also be supporting our Sales Team and other Administrators in their day-to-day duties, as directed by the Sales Manager.This is a permanent Full-time position with 5 consecutive working days, including Saturdays.Key Responsibilities will include:Product Presentation and Demonstration to Incoming CustomersAnswer Incoming Calls and Emails in a Timely MannerQuoting and Presenting to Prospective CustomersProcessing Sales Orders and General AdministrationMaintain Showroom Stock Maintenance and PresentationWorking towards KPI’s to ensure the Company Objective is AchievedAll further duties as delegated by the Sales ManagerStrong Communication with other Key StakeholdersAssisting and Supporting the Sale Consultants in their duties, as requiredThe Ideal CandidateYou will be a motivated and positive individual with a bubbly personality. You’ll be a team player who can adapt to your environment, has excellent administration skills and isn’t afraid to pick up the phone, approach customers and go the extra mile to provide a great customer experience.
