An exciting opportunity for a highly motivated State Sales Manager to join our dynamic QLD team. This challenging yet rewarding position offers you the opportunity to further develop your leadership skills to consult and develop long-term relationships with customers while building and leading a high-performing sales team.
What you will be doing:
1. Lead and foster a high-impact culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the sales team.
2. Develop the performance of the sales team, set goals and KPIs.
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships, and create value with Architects, Designers, contractors, and distributors to maximize profitable sales.
4. Identify and seek new opportunities.
5. Leverage and collaborate with internal stakeholders across the business to meet client expectations.
6. Work closely with clients on projects to assist in system specification and resolve any issues that may arise.
7. Create sales targets and monthly and quarterly sales reports.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
9. Communicate product information, promotions, price, and policy changes to customers.
10. Conduct market analysis, stay informed of market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
11. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the QLD office.
12. Travel as required.
