Base pay range
$129,089.00/yr - $138,273.00/yr
Your key responsibilities:
* Undertake process analysis and mapping of current and future business processes, develop requirements, identify problems and opportunities, as well as identifying efficiencies or alternate solutions.
* Manage engagement with key stakeholders or process owners primarily around business problems, process change and readiness in preparation for the implementation of new processes, systems or technology.
* Establish relationships, collaborate with, consult and influence both business and technical stakeholders to effectively discover, define, validate, prioritise and continuously manage business needs that translate into business benefits.
* Apply appropriate business analysis frameworks and be able to promote and provide advice on use of appropriate techniques, methodologies, and tools, preferably aligned with Business Analysis Body of Knowledge.
* Identify project delivery issues and risks, assist with mitigation strategies, and escalate where necessary.
* Demonstrate ability to lead, manage and mentor fellow team members.
Technical Skills, Abilities And Cultural Capability
* Proven and practical experience in creating process flow diagrams, business process modelling (BPMN), and understanding process optimization techniques using Lean or Six Sigma.
* Skill in eliciting and documenting clear, concise, and comprehensive business requirements using techniques such as interviews, workshops, and prototyping.
* Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile development methodologies and software development, from requirements gathering through to testing and deployment.
* Proven experience in creating and presenting well-researched Options Analysis papers for review by senior executives.
* Capability to write technical documentation, user manuals, and other project-related documentation that is clear and understandable.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes of issues and propose effective solutions.
* Skills to negotiate priorities and resolve conflicts among stakeholders with different interests and objectives.
* Capability to work collaboratively in a team environment, including cross-functional teams, and to build consensus around proposed solutions.
