Our Client We are delighted to be partnering with a well-known and highly reputable business based in St Leonards They are seeking an Accounts Receivable & Billings Officer to join their Finance team on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract basis with full time hours and flexibility to WFH 2 days per week once you are trained Description Duties will include, but not limited to; Processing incoming payments in line with company procedures Billings & allocations Completing high volume transactions Collecting relevant financial data for reporting Matching payments to debtors Accurate and timely reconciliations End to end accounts receivable process Other ad-hoc finance tasks as required Profile As an ideal applicant, you will have; Proven experience within a similar capacity, be it AR, Billings or Accounts Clerk Sound systems and Excel knowledge Meticulous attention to detail Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Strong use of initiative and a proactive nature If you’re well suited to the opportunity, we’d love to hear from you.
