The Opportunity:
Based at our Fairfield branch, we are currently seeking a Field Service Coordinator to co-ordinate, manage & schedule all field service activities in line with Komatsu standards, policies & procedures. This includes co-ordination of Technicians, Parts, Contractors & all other relevant parties involved in each job.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure all service department activities meet HSE standards.
2. Maintain Work in Progress jobs under 30 days.
3. Support Field Service Supervisor in the coordination of work in progress jobs, ensuring invoicing is accurate and any potential disputes are resolved prior to invoicing.
4. Maintain Warranty Work in Progress and Field Campaigns to ensure 100% of warranty jobs are successfully claimed by achieving all warranty claim KPI measures.
5. Manage technician hours to minimise lost time.
6. Supply our customers with a friendly, timely and professional response.
7. Notify customers of any changes to the delivery date of products or services.
8. Update customers on job progress.
9. Ensure Field Service are kept clean and presenting a professional image at all times.
10. Recognise gaps in training & advise accordingly.
11. Understand Komatsu’s Customer Support Charter & ensure compliance within the service department.

3. Exposure to OneView & SAP.
4. Well-developed written & oral communication skills.
5. Ability to communicate at all levels both internal & external.
6. Must have heavy duty trade certificate & strong analytical skills (desired).
