The Role: Your focus will be planning, designing, and managing the construction and maintenance of our manufacturing facility development projects. This role requires strong technical expertise, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering superior engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Plan, design, and manage construction and maintenance of commercial and industrial buildings
Construction site labor, material and equipment management
Conduct site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings, and others)
Assess potential risks, design amendment, materials, and costs
Provide technical advice and resolve engineering problems
Ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulations
Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
Prepare and present detailed project reports and documentation
Manage project timelines and budgets effectively
Utilize software for design and project management (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D)
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
English and Mandarin bilingual language skills are essential
Proficient in engineering design and project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D)
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
