TheRole
Reporting to the Campus Head ofMusic, Theatre & VisualArts, the Creative ArtsAdministration Assistant will provide administrative support to theMusic, Theatre, and Visual Art team and K-12 Wheelers Hill SchoolCommunity, to enable the school to achieve its Vision andPurpose.
This is a part time, fixed termopportunity until the end of the year and is ideally suited to ahighly capable and personable administration professional seeking apositive work life balance at our Wheelers Hill Campus. Workingflexibly across 4 days a week (mandatory days are Wednesday andFriday), you will be a key member of our Music, Theatre &Visual Arts team.
KeyDuties
1. Work cooperatively and collaboratively with others to achieve and deliver strong and quality administrative support to all aspects of the campus music operation in a timely manner.
2. Participate and contribute to administrative initiatives with a focus on best practice, efficiency, and delivering creative, innovative solutions.
3. Maintain various databases to ensure accuracy of student and staff database and systems in relation to happenings in the Music/Theatre/Visual Arts space.
4. Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Leaders of Music in both Junior and Senior school as well as support Theatre in productions.
5. Act as a contact person for all private instrumental students and their families, including as the contact person for teachers and instrumental music tutors teaching private tuition.
6. Generate instrumental reports to support the administration of the classroom instrumental programs and private tuition.
7. Assist in leading and supporting a strong and vibrant learning culture that strives for continuous improvement and ensures quality learning in all settings for both staff and students.

Skills andExperience
9. Demonstrated strong customer service focus
10. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
11. Strong organisational skills, with high attention to detail
12. Proficient computer skills with a willingness to learn new systems
13. Significant administration experience within an educational setting (desirable)
14. Holds or willing to obtain an Employment Working With Children Check.
