Key Responsibilities
* Building brand equity, driving sales, and increasing profit
* Leading a major CRM integration project
* Developing and implementing the annual Marketing plan in collaboration with the brand
* Setting the Email Marketing calendar and leading the end-to-end process around campaign activity from strategy to execution
* Managing CRM projects to increase customer experience and satisfaction
* Managing a calendar of events to support KPIs and assist the team in overall event and content strategy
* Serving as the primary face of B2B communications, engagements, and incentives related to the company's rewards program
About You
* Demonstrated experience in a similar role leading CRM and loyalty initiatives
* Strong understanding of strategy and hands-on experience with campaigns
* Experience with CRM integration projects
* Standout personality and customer-centric mindset, with strong verbal and written communication skills
* Possession of a passion for building strong relationships internally and externally, with a strong ability to consult with cross-functional teams
* Good attention to detail, ability to think strategically, and a love for problem-solving
* Strong experience with Klaviyo
