About the Role: Reporting to the Manager Environment, your next career move as a Senior Environment Advisor will involve providing high-level specialist scientific and environmental management advice and support to internal and external stakeholders to meet our environmental objectives. You will manage environmental data, ensure NQBP's environmental monitoring programs are implemented in a timely manner, and represent the NQBP environment team through proactive engagement with industry representative groups, government working groups, and relevant partnerships. This position requires an experienced professional with knowledge of port-related environmental legislative and regulatory provisions, knowledge of marine ecosystems, and experience managing environmental programs. To be successful in this role, you will need: Tertiary qualifications in Environmental Management/Science or equivalent from a recognised tertiary institution and a minimum of 5 years' work experience. Demonstrated experience in effectively working within multi-disciplinary teams. Effective project and contractor management skills. High level of communication skills.
