Join us as a Maintenance Supervisor at our Dendrobium Coal Processing Plant (DCPP), Port Kembla, in the vibrant coastal city of Wollongong —just 75km from Sydney.
In this pivotal role, you'll drive maintenance excellence by coordinating teams, contractors, and production crews to ensure smooth operations, minimal downtime, and safe execution of work plans.
Key responsibilities:
Lead and supervise Mechanical and Electrical trades, including contractors, ensuring safe and effective work execution.
Develop and refine scopes of work with Maintenance Coordinators to optimise planning and efficiency.
Provide breakdown management, planning, and execution using both internal and external resources.
Support and deliver planned shutdown activities to maintain operational excellence.
ABOUT YOU
You bring experience and expertise in:
Heavy industrial maintenance supervision, ensuring safe and effective execution.
Strong communication and leadership skills to influence and collaborate at all levels.
Proficiency in problem-solving, troubleshooting, and decision-making.
SAP or similar maintenance systems to streamline processes.
Developing, mentoring, and supporting teams, enhancing engagement, diversity, and capability.
Relevant mechanical/electrical trade or engineering certification and Statutory trade supervisors license where applicable.
