The Role
We are seeking a Sales Manager - Wholesale to oversee the wholesale budget and drive sales growth across multiple channels in the Australian market.
Key Responsibilities:
* National Wholesale Budget Ownership
* Promote automotive parts into the Australian wholesale market, focusing on both genuine and aftermarket categories.
* Drive sales across corporate wholesale accounts, independent resellers, wreckers, and e-commerce customers.
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels within corporate and independent businesses.
* Collaborate with the sales team to align strategies and meet overall revenue objectives.
* Analyze market trends, customer needs, and product offerings to identify growth opportunities and improve sales strategies.
* Audit the status quo, make corrective decisions, and adjust strategies to drive results.
* Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure business goals are met.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in a sales role within the wholesale, automotive, or related industries.
* Strong understanding of the Australian wholesale automotive parts market, including both genuine and aftermarket products.
* Experience working with corporate wholesale clients, independent resellers, wreckers, and e-commerce businesses.
