The Opportunity:
In the key role, we are seeking a dynamic and innovative people leader to implement strategic marketing and sales campaigns to grow sales across a broad range of product types with our aftermarket business. You will be a highly motivated and results-driven individual and contribute to our continued success.
You will be responsible for:
2. Leading, mentoring, and motivating a team to achieve Sales and growth targets.
3. Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
4. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
5. Monitoring, reporting and analysing performance metrics.
6. Developing and managing the sales budget to ensure efficient use of resources and maximising return on investment.
7. Developing and managing new business streams and opportunities to achieve sales growth.

What we are looking for:
15. Experience in leadership and team management of a remote group in a similar role.
16. A technically minded individual with experience working within the earth moving, mining or heavy vehicle industry.
17. A proven track record in identifying new business and closing on this opportunity.
18. Strong business and financial acumen to measure a range of metrics.
19. An ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure tangible growth and profitability through our aftermarket offering.
20. An articulate communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
21. Experience leading projects would be highly regarded.
22. A demonstrated ability to work autonomously.
