About the role:
We’re about to embark on the implementation of an integrated Human Resources and Payroll system that’ll have a significant impact on our business.
You’ll work as part of our HRIS implementation project team to manage our business through this significant change.
We’re looking for someone that isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty and has a pragmatic and practical approach to managing change.
This role will range from conducting high level change impact assessments through to developing training materials – so we’re definitely looking for someone that’s prepared to roll up their sleeves.
About you:
* You’ve got strong change management experience, preferably with experience supporting the implementation of a HRIS or complex enterprise applications.
* You’re experienced in supporting key people initiatives – you might come from a HR or change background, what’s most important is your pragmatic and practical approach to change.
* You understand change theory and change fundamentals but most importantly, your key attribute is how you bring people on the journey.
* You’re super detailed and organized, and you’ll ensure nothing gets missed and we hit all our key change milestones.
Some of the key things you’ll do:
* Develop detailed change plans, conduct stakeholder analysis and prepare stakeholder engagement & communication plans.
* Conduct training needs analysis and develop training materials.
* Work closely with change agents within the business to equip them to manage change and communications in their business areas.
