The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic nurse to support our high quality Maternal and Child Health Service by providing a range of efficient and comprehensive services to families and children from birth to school age across the region.
In this role, you will provide an intensive level of support to families experiencing complex needs and children identified at risk of poor outcomes to maximise the health, learning and wellbeing outcomes for children birth to 3 years.
About You The successful applicant will have the opportunity for organized professional development, will engage in monthly Clinical Supervision sessions, monthly Team meetings and collaborate with external agencies to foster strong working relationships within our MCH Team and our broader professional community.
To succeed in this role, you will have well developed interpersonal and communication skills.
The successful applicant will have recognised qualifications in Maternal and Child Health nursing (or pre-1998 equivalent), along with registration with AHPRA - Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered General Nurse and Registered Midwife.
A satisfactory Police Record Check, Working with Children Check (employee) and Victorian driver's licence are required for this position.
