2. Define and implement strategic direction of change management frameworks for projects delivered across the business
3. Undertake capability assessments to ensure change readiness across the organisation
4. Coach leaders on best practice and ensure line managers are competent in delivering change
5. Contribute to the development of strategies and setting strategic priorities
About you and your skills
You will have:
1. Experience leading a diverse team of high-performing professionals
2. Extensive experience delivering large scale change initiatives (in a retail and/or operations environment will be considered favourably)
3. A successful track record in contributing to large scale, organisation-wide change capability
4. The ability to navigate both complex project environments and a diverse stakeholder group
5. An understanding of store operations, merchandise functions and inventory would be highly beneficial
What’s in it for you?
1. Flexible working options: We know that work is only one part of your life, so we actively encourage a positive work-life balance and provide hybrid working options to help you achieve it.
2. Office perks: Take advantage of our gym facility and fitness classes, free parking, BBQ area, mini-Coles supermarket, fooderie hub where you can sample new products before they hit the shelves, school holiday program and so much more when you come in.

5. Opportunities for learning and development: No matter where you start within our diverse business, you’ll have experiences, exposure, and education to satisfy you. Discover and explore a variety of career development programs and job-specific training.
6. Paid parental leave: We understand how important your life outside work is and offer permanent team members paid parental leave to support you in balancing work and family.
7. Investment in your future: Our annual team member share plan offer allows eligible team members to make regular pre-tax salary sacrifice deductions to purchase Coles Group shares.
