About the Role
We are currently looking for a Production Supervisor/Concrete Batcher for our Bunbury plant.
Roles in Concrete Plants are fast paced and will require you to be a strong problem solver, process driven with a high level of attention to detail. As a Concrete Production Supervisor based at our Bunbury plant, we are looking for a team player who can hit the ground running. Duties and responsibilities will include:
* Supporting and displaying a strong safety culture at all times
* Production of concrete using Command Batch & SAP
* Allocating and assigning loads to drivers
* Stock management and coordination of deliveries
* Managing contractors carrying out site maintenance
* Yard maintenance and front-end loader operation
* Front end loader operations and manual handling of bagged products

About you

* Have effective communication skills and work under pressure
* Be able to physically perform all duties associated with the position
* Driver's license and own transport is essential with front end loader or forklift competency an advantage
* Be willing to complete a police check, as well as pass a pre-employment medical including a drug and alcohol screening
