Latrobe Regional Health (LRH) currently has an exciting opportunity for a Paediatric Registrar to join our growing team on a full time, fixed term basis until the end of January 2026.
The Paediatric Registrar is required to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team, applying theoretical knowledge and experience in determining the appropriate clinical diagnosis, investigations and treatment of patients. They will also assist with the supervision of HMO's in the Paediatric Unit of LRH.
About you
Ideal candidates for this role will have:
* Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent.
* General Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
* Experience in basic neonatal resuscitation.
* At least three (3) months experience working in a Special Care Nursery (Neonatal Paediatrics), caring for infants down to 32 weeks gestation.
