We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Management Accountant to support financial operations within our Facilities Management Unit based in Macquarie Park, NSW. As a Management Accountant, you’ll make a positive impact by: Providing financial support and analysis to the Facilities Management Finance Business Partner and operational teams Reviewing cost structures across contracts, identifying potential financial efficiencies and areas of concern Delivering timely and accurate financial reporting against budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and KPIs Conducting monthly reviews of the general ledger and cost centre coding to ensure accuracy Monitoring financial performance and highlighting key risks and opportunities for the business Supporting payroll and headcount reporting against agreed staffing levels Assisting operational budget holders in the preparation and review of budgets and forecasts Periodically reviewing fleet policies and costings for continuous improvement opportunities Supporting internal and external audit processes To be successful in this role you’ll have: CPA qualification (or be near completion) Proven experience in management accounting, financial analysis, or business partnering Strong analytical and financial reporting skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems A proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused approach Experience in facilities management, operational or contract environments is advantageous Please note: This position carries trust and responsibility.
