Job DescriptionBachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.3 to 5 years of experience in the technical regulation of the gas distribution sector.Experience in the oil & gas, utilities, or energy sectors is often preferred, with a focus on gas systems.In-depth understanding of gas distribution, transmission, and metering systems.Experience with the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of gas systems and equipment.Familiarity with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines (OSHA, EPA).Proficiency with engineering software and tools (MATLAB, AutoCAD, SCADA systems, HYSYS).Ability to lead teams, mentor junior engineers, and make critical decisions.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex systems and data.Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with various stakeholders and prepare reports.Skills RequiredFamiliarity with industry regulationsSafety standardsEnvironmental guidelines (OSHA, EPA)#J-18808-Ljbffr
