Job Description
As an Internal Sales Representative, you will:
* Manage day-to-day operations of Tier 2 and Tier 3 customer accounts, including commercial retail accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
* Conduct outbound calls and emails to drive weekly promotions and identify up-selling opportunities with existing customers.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns that drive customer engagement and sales growth.
* Maintain the sales pipeline and CRM systems, assisting in sales tracking and reporting.
* Support preparation for trade shows, tech seminars, and new project implementations.
* Share market intelligence to inform sales strategies and decision-making.
* Handle various sales support tasks to assist the broader sales team.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate for the Internal Sales Representative role will have:
* A proven track record in inbound selling, preferably within a vendor environment.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present confidently.
* A passion for ensuring customer success and maximising their investment in products and services.
* Self-motivation and a comfort in working within a high-performance sales culture, with a history of exceeding sales targets.
* Experience in direct internal sales or account management roles, ideally within the Vendor Hardware or electronics industry.
* Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders within accounts and effectively handle objections.
* Technical aptitude, with a willingness to learn new technologies and products.
